A House for God's Temple

Building Campaign Update (july 2024)

Dear Christ the Redeemer Family,

I hope you’re having a wonderful summer! I wanted to update you on our building project. As you know, we are working on constructing a chapel to more fully and faithfully worship God, create additional classroom space, and foster a more welcoming environment for our neighbors.

How did we get here?

In 2018, we purchased 23 acres at 839 Greenville Street and renovated the house to use it as a worship space. By the following year, our congregation had grown significantly, and we realized we would soon outgrow our space. Consequently, the vestry formed a building committee to explore the necessary steps to provide the additional space we needed.

After much prayer, interviews, and conversations, we felt led by God to build a sanctuary. We hired LS3P as our architects and, with input from the congregation, developed a site plan for our campus, which included two phases of construction. (Click here to continue reading)
